Took a free assessment session recently with Gbolahan and it was a fantastic experience. We went through several exercises to find my baseline and get an understanding of where work was needed. The entire time Gbolahan explained why we were doing the exercises we were and what that meant for a plan moving forward. I’ve worked with trainers before but it tends to be a plan thrown at you without context and understand of why we will do what we’re doing. This was an awesome change of pace that also allowed me to feel more like a partner than just a client. I’m looking forward to starting my package and getting in shape!

I can’t recommend Gbolahan enough! He’s by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. What I appreciate most is that he never makes me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and he always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. His knowledge of form is next-level; you really can’t fool him—he will call you out and keep you accountable in the most genuine, motivating way possible. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and like I actually accomplished something. He keeps things fun and positive, which makes such a huge difference when you’re trying to stay consistent. If you have the chance to train with him, take it.
