I can’t recommend Gbolahan enough! He’s by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. What I appreciate most is that he never makes me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and he always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. His knowledge of form is next-level; you really can’t fool him—he will call you out and keep you accountable in the most genuine, motivating way possible. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and like I actually accomplished something. He keeps things fun and positive, which makes such a huge difference when you’re trying to stay consistent. If you have the chance to train with him, take it.

I’ve been training with Gbolahan for over six years, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better coach and mentor. He has guided me through every stage of my journey; starting with high school sports, supporting me through collegiate athletics, and consistent in my fitness after college. What sets him apart is not only his expertise in program design but also his ability to tailor workouts to fit your specific goals. He takes the time to understand where you’re at and where you want to go, and then creates a plan that challenges you while also keeping you encouraged along the way. Beyond the workouts, he’s incredibly positive, outgoing, and uplifting. His passion for helping others grow has had a huge impact not only on my fitness but also on my career. In every way possible, I am a better and healthier version of myself for having met Gbolahan. I worked with him for years at the gym and every single workout with him pushed me in the best ways - he will motivate you, design workouts that are right for you AND right for what your body needs, and bring a light into your days that you didn’t know you needed. Gbolahan is one of the best there is! Gbolahan was my personal trainer for close to a decade and he is fantastic! He is uplifting, encouraging, fun, and brings the best energy to every session. He also knows his stuff! Any time I was experiencing aches or pains, he knew just what to do to adjust my technique or where to foam roll. He is the perfect combination of pushing you harder but also knowing your limits to ensure you're exercising safely. He keeps workouts unique, diverse, and enjoyable. You can't go wrong with Gbolahan!
